Former lab member runs into honorary lab member at SACNAS

Mabry lab undergraduate student Valerie Brewer, an honorary Wright lab member, ran into former Wright lab member Esteban Lucero at the annual Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science Conference. Valerie and Esteban were both presenting their bird research at the Honolulu-based conference, and Valerie received an award for her research and presentation skills!
